  1. PAKISTAN - Passport and visa required.  Visa must be obtained before
  2. arrival.  Tourist visa requires 1 application form, 1 photo and proof of
  3. onward/return transportation.  Validity depends on length of visit (minimum
  4. 3 months), multiple entries, no charge.  Need letter from company for
  5. business visa.  Include prepaid envelope for return of passport by
  6. registered mail.  AIDS test required for stays over 1 year.  For
